I marinate (for minimum 30 minutes) the chicken in garlic and onion powder (1TSP of each) with a splash (unscrew lid and splash some in) of lemon juice and white vinegar.then it is grilled till almost done(skinless-remove skin)all the parts are rolled in a bowl of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (1 bottle) and asian hot sauce (1/2-1 CUP to desired taste) with fresh minced onion 1/4 of an onion) and garlic ( whole clove) with some brown sugar 1/2 CUP) and Coca Cola (half a can),then back on the grill.after the sauce begins to carmalize I roll it in the bowl of sauce again then cook it till it is dark red.pull it off the grill and eat!
