2pounds ground beef 2 pound fresh pork sausage 4 cans of tomato sauce 2 cans of Bushes hot chili beans 1 large chopped white onion Pack of Williams hot chili mix hot sauce to taste chili powder to taste Garlic powder to taste Onion powder to taste 3 pieces of Hershey bar
Brown sausage and beef while browning the meat sweat onions in a little oil in chili pot Add all the other ingredients and simmer for at least 2 hours but the longer the better Stir every 1/2 hour to keep from sticking to bottom of pot.
Serve with cheddar cheese and diced onion on top and cornbread or your choice of sides Tastes even better the next day!
