Do you think working for Bodybuilding will help you reach them? My future goals ... Hmm, now that's a loaded question! I think that if I can become a better person, not only on the outside but also on the inside.My girlfriend is really wanting to pack on some serious muscle and would like to know specifically the best bodybuilding Products designed only for women .

the key is to workout for 40-60 mins a session.. working out an hour and a half is too long...

you want to trian each muscle once a week

do 4-5 different exercises for large muscles.. 3 exercies for smaller muscles

aim for reps of 6-8 8-10

keep your protein high 1-2 grams of protein each pound u weigh
